Greece, the much-loved winners of Euro 2004, unfortunately didn’t make it to France. But they did beat Australia 2-1 this week, thanks in part to this fantastic 60-yard plus strike from Giannis Maniatis

Estonian Super Liga side Tammeka provide us with this week’s And finally… hilarity via Andre Paju’s own goal. A true classic of the genre: long ball, panicked defending, bodged recovery. This one has a lot going for it.
