Croatia’s impressive displays at this year’s Euros reminded us that, in years gone by, the Croats have had some fantastic teams. The Euro 96 vintage is remembered fondly by many fans with Davor Suker’s sublime chip against Peter Schmeichel one of the goals of the tournament.
