Cymru / Wales Women Guidebook – coming soon!
Back in December Cymru/Wales Women qualified for their first ever major international championships – the UEFA Women’s Euros which takes place in Switzerland throughout July.
They are in Group D and will face Netherlands (Sat 5th July), France (Wed 9th July) and England (Sun 13th July) as they seek to progress to the knockout stage.
Since their historic qualification in December, work has been underway behind-the-scenes to ensure that travelling supporters enjoy the best possible experience at this summer’s tournament.
Representatives from the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA), the Football Association of Wales (FAW), Wal Goch y Menywod, Wales Women’s Football Supporters Group, FSA Cymru, and Football Supporters Europe have been meeting regularly to coordinate fan-focused planning and support.
Thanks to this collaboration, a range of exciting initiatives are now in place — including official fan meet-ups, friendly supporters’ matches, a dedicated team of on-the-ground volunteers, and emergency contacts should anyone need assistance while abroad.
All of this information, and much, much more will be included in a brand-new bilingual Cymru Women supporters’ magazine.
The magazine will be launched tomorrow (Friday 27th June 2025) and printed copies will be distributed during the tournament by volunteers in Lucerne and St. Gallen.
