Fans for Diversity: Awards shortlists announced
In September we’ll be heading to Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium for our big 2025 Fans for Diversity meet-up and we’re pleased to announce the shortlists for the awards due to be presented at the event.
The Fans for Diversity Awards celebrate supporter groups, organisations and individuals who make the biggest contributions to our campaign while breaking down barriers to the match.
The awards considers recent and ongoing work across seven categories. The winners from each category will form the shortlist for the overall Fans for Diversity Award at the national FSA Awards in December.
Fans for Diversity campaign manager Hannah Kumari said: “It’s important to recognise the supporter groups that make the Fans for Diversity tick, without them we simply wouldn’t have the impact we do.
“There’s fantastic diversity and inclusion work going on across the game – that’s reflected in some very strong shortlists. Good luck to all of our nominees!”
Fans for Diversity Awards – shortlists
The shortlists reflect the breadth of the FSA’s networks – women’s football, non-league, all of the EFL and Premier League. Additionally, this year we have the “In Off The Bar” category to recognise the work going on outside of those established networks.

Fans for Diversity meet-up
Free and open to all, the 2025 Fans for Diversity meet-up will take place at the Emirates Stadium in London on Friday 26th September from 11.30am to 6pm.
We’ll be talking about the recent successes of the campaign and having discussions around the wider challenges facing diversity and inclusion activity.
Fans For Diversity is a campaign programme run in partnership between the FSA and Kick It Out. Fans For Diversity encourages, funds and supports initiatives by fan groups to promote diversity and inclusion in football, and to challenge all forms of discrimination.
