Fanspiration: 89% of THST members are satisfied with the work of the trust

Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust (THST) recently released the results from their annual survey. The survey was completed by 3,500 Spurs fans, which is the highest number since the survey launched five years ago.

This piece of work is a great example of how detailed insight can be gathered and presented in a professional and simple way. The details enable the trust to support some arguments with the club using empirical data. It has also allowed them to understand what the impression of the trust’s work is amongst supporters, 89% of respondents stated that they were satisfied or very satisfied with the work of the trust over the last year.

This should only bolster the efforts of all the volunteers at THST to continue their good work into the 2018/19 season. We hope that it inspires other trusts to carry out something similar.
