FSA general meeting: Members pass special resolution

Last night the FSA held a general meeting where a special resolution, proposing amendments to the organisation’s constitution, was passed.

FSA members voted on a special resolution on changes to the Articles of Association – summary of the changes can be found here.

The changes required 75% to be in favour and it was passed with 80% of votes cast to pass the resolution.
