This is a story from the FSF archive – the FSF and SD merged to become the FSA in 2019.
Following our trip to Baku we had a little breather then got stuck into Issue 22 of FSF Cymru’s info booklet. This double issue will cover our final two matches (away trips to Finland and Liechtenstein) in what has been a disappointing qualifying period.
Hopefully the younger players have gained the experience required to push for a place at Euro 2012, the draw will take place in Poland on February 7th 2010.
During qualifying we have worked in Germany, Azerbaijan and Russia and our fans have once again been a credit to Wales, there have been no serious incidents to report and very few minor problems. Here’s to the same again come Euro 2012 qualification!
Our final away trip of this campaign, to Liechtenstein on Wednesday October 14th, looks likely to be logistically difficult too – there is no airport in the principality and rail links are poor – so make sure to take your copy of FSF Cymru Issue 22.
