The FA have announced an away friendly against Holland at the Amsterdam ArenA on August 12 2009. This will be the first of two friendlies against the Dutch, the second is scheduled for Wembley Stadium on 10th August 2011.
Kick-off times have not yet been scheduled but it is understood that ITV will broadcast the away game while Setanta have secured rights to the following home tie.
England have faced Holland in friendlies twice in recent years, both games ending in draws. November 2006 saw Wayne Rooney strike in Amsterdam, in February 2005 the teams played out a goalless draw at Villa Park.
U21 internationals between both nations will be played the day before the senior teams take to the field.

We’re delighted that the idea is being supported by both the National League, which has required all clubs to complete the disability access survey, and the Northern Premier League.
