Kick It Out are seeking a currently seeking a Football League Clubs Development Officer and Reporting Officer to help implement and deliver the campaign’s work.
Working within the football, educational and community sectors to challenge discrimination, encourage inclusive practices and work for positive change, the initiative is funded by the Football Association, the Professional Footballers’ Association and the Premier League.
A small independent charity, Kick It Out was established in 1993 in response to widespread calls from clubs, players and fans to tackle racist attitudes existing within game. Since then, the campaign has widened its objectives to cover all aspects of inequality, discrimination and exclusion.

Alongside Kick It Out, English football’s equality and inclusion organisation, the FSA is calling on England fans to stop the boos, support the team and applaud players taking the knee.
Chelsea fans have released a statement criticising the Premier League and broadcasters as they still await news on the kick-off time for their upcoming game against Manchester United – now just 16 days away.
Last month the FA announced that the Community Shield would be taking place on a Sunday at 5.30pm, a difficult time for Manchester City fans hoping to get down to the game and back in time for work the next day. After a backlash that was revised to 4pm but Manchester City fans are calling for it to be moved to 3pm.
