This is a story from the FSF archive – the FSF and SD merged to become the FSA in 2019.
Our friends at the National Association for Disabled Supporters (NADS) have announced that their AGM this year will take place at Wembley Stadium on 26th May. Guest speaker at the event will be Andy Anson, Chief Executive of the England 2018 World Cup bid team.
There will be a number of organisations with stands at the event including disability charities, the England 2018 World Cup and London 2012 Olympic bid teams. Members will have the opportunity to visit the stalls and gather the latest information whilst enjoying lunch and refreshments.
Break out sessions will give those attending a chance to discuss their vision for disabled supporters over the next 5 years, before having the opportunity for an accessible guided tour of Wembley stadium. The numbers for this are limited and will be on a first come first served basis.
To register your interest to attend this year’s AGM and the tour, along with any access requirements you have, please visit NADS’ site here. For any further information or if you have any questions, please contact NADS on 0845 230 6237 or email [email protected].
NADS, like ourselves, have also recently launched their own Facebook page, for those of you who enjoy a bit of social networking, meaning you can keep right up to date with all of their news and info.

This year’s Football Supporters’ Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday 16th July 2022 – the first to be held in-person since 2019 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier this week the government announced that clubs at Steps 3 to 6 of non-league would benefit from up to £10 million in grant funding to support them through the shutdown imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tottenham Hotspur’s newly-announced plans for fan representation on the club’s board have been criticised by a leading fan group – with questions remaining about the new model.
