The National League’s live streaming package for the playoffs in the National League North and South has been launched.
With matches still being played behind closed doors, the announcement will come as a relief to fans of the participating teams that they will be able to watch the crucial end of season games.
Each of the ten playoff fixtures will be shown in partnership between BT Sport and Sportradar on a dedicated streaming platform, with games available on an individual and multi-match package basis.
Fans can watch any game live for £5.99; both finals can be had for £9.99 or the whole package of ten games can be accessed for £14.99.
“Due to matches being played behind closed doors, confirming a broadcast solution for fans has been an important part of our play-offs preparation,” said National League chief executive Michael Tattersall.
“This pioneering streaming service will create an opportunity for exposure of the competition on a global stage. We would like to thank existing partners BT Sport and Sportradar for their support during this process.
“The announcement adds to the already growing excitement that play-off action brings. To ensure a safe environment for National League play-off matches to be played in, we urge supporters to not congregate at the grounds”.

An overwhelming majority of fans of non-league clubs are in favour of reforming the voting structure of the National League, according to the results of a Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) survey.
In a letter to the FSA, Sports Minister Nigel Huddleston has confirmed that ‘at no stage’ did the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) offer ongoing to support to the National League only in the form of grants.
The FA confirmed on Friday that the season for clubs at Step 2 of non-league (National League North and South) has been declared null and void, while the National League season at Step 1 will be played to a conclusion, with no promotion and relegation between the two tiers.
Two non-league clubs have taken the remarkable step of calling for a National League extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and a vote of no confidence in the chairman and the board.
