Notice of FSA General Meeting (27th Feb 2025)

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Football Supporters’ Association Limited (FSA) will be held online at 6pm on Thursday 27th February 2025 for the following purposes: 

1. To consider and, if thought fit, pass a Special Resolution regarding the amendments to the constitution as per this summary of the main changes (Appendix 1). Those changes are detailed in these proposed new Articles of Association (Appendix 2).
2. Any Other Business.

The above resolution requires a 75% majority of votes cast in favour to pass. FSA Board members and staff will attend the General Meeting to answer any questions which members may have.
