This is a story from the SD archive – the FSF and SD merged to become the FSA in 2019.
During the nomination process for the 2018 SD England and Wales Football Council elections, 5 seats were advertised. 6 nominations were received and therefore a ballot of members is required.
The order of candidates has been randomly determined.
The candidates are:
– Antony Wilkinson
– Michael Green
– Tim Hartley
– Geoff Bielby
– Roger Titford
– Neil Le Milliere
In this election, where five members are elected, the four members with the most votes will serve a three year term and the member with the fifth highest number of votes will serve for one year. The member with the least number of votes will not be elected.
Each England and Wales football organisation in full membership of Supporters Direct is entitled to vote in the election – the primary contact at each organisation has been sent the voting link. Each organisation may vote for up to five candidates. The ballot closes on Monday 19th February 2018 at midday.
