Southern Division meeting Sunday (27th February)

This is a story from the FSF archive – the FSF and SD merged to become the FSA in 2019.

The next meeting of the Football Supporters’ Federation’s Southern Division will take place at Kingsmeadow Stadium, Kingston-upon-Thames, KT1 3PB on Sunday 27th February, kick-off is 12.00 noon. A buffet lunch will be available so please register with Pam Wilkins if you are attending.

Non-FSF members are welcome, although you can join for free here.

Topics for discussion at this meeting will include:

  • The proposed move by West Ham to the Olympic Stadium – is this a good thing? What effect would it have on Leyton Orient? And why have none of the supporters of these clubs been properly consulted? Find out why FSF national policy is to oppose the move here.
  • Can the FA govern football effectively or does the Premier League have too much power? Should the Government intervene? What do we, as supporters, hope for from the select committee inquiry? Read more on the select committee here.

If there’s anything missing from the agenda that you would like to see added, please email Pam Wilkins with details. For further information on the agenda and more detailed travel directions download directions to the Kingsmeadow Stadium here.
