The Forum: Stronger Together – Tickets on sale now!

LGBTQ+ supporters from across the country will be descending on the City Ground in Nottingham later this year to discuss the big issues as part of The Forum: Strong Together event.

Strong Together will be the first national gathering of LGBTQ+ supporter groups in the UK since 2019 and will be a day of discussion, collaboration and networking

The event, taking place on Saturday 3rd October from 12pm to 5.30pm at Nottingham Forest’s City Ground, is supported by the FSA and Pride in Football. Tickets are available now.

Keynote Speaker: Liz Ward

We’re delighted to welcome Liz Ward as our keynote speaker. Liz will lead “State of Play”, a discussion exploring the experiences of LGBTQ+ football supporters across the UK and internationally, reflecting on the progress made and the work still to be done.

An award-winning sports consultant and facilitator, Liz has worked with organisations including the Premier League, The FA, MLS, NWSL and clubs across the UK, Australia and East Asia, helping teams create more inclusive cultures both on and off the pitch.

In 2026, Liz received the Football Black List LGBTQ+ Award and has previously been recognised through nominations and inclusion in the DIVA Inspirational Role Model Awards, The Pride Power List, The Black Lesbian Power List and The Football Black List.

This year’s programme includes practical workshops and presentations, and opportunities to meet organisations working to improve the supporter experience throughout the game.

Sessions will cover topics including:

The current landscape for LGBTQ+ supporters
Developing and strengthening supporter groups
Building group identity and sustainability
Working effectively with the media
Tackling discrimination alongside Kick It Out
Learning more about the work of the FSA and how supporters can get involved beyond the LGBTQ+ Hub.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in a large-scale flag display inside The City Ground.

Tickets

Early bird tickets (the first 50) are £2 with general admission thereafter £5. A group offer of five tickets for the price of four (£20) is available with all proceeds going to The Spencer Trust.
