WPLL x FSA – supporter engagement plans announced
The Football Supporters’ Association and Women’s Professional Leagues Limited (WPLL) are very pleased to announce a new Terms of Reference to help ensure strong engagement between supporters and the elite leagues in the women’s game.
WPLL’s establishment was announced in August 2024 and is responsible for running the Women’s Super League (WSL) and Women’s Championship.
Nine representatives from across the women’s game will attend the bi-annual meetings – made up of supporters from WSL, Championship and National League clubs – alongside staff and executives from both the FSA and WPLL.
The supporter engagement meetings will give WPLL an opportunity to consult supporters on specific projects while, in turn, supporters will have the opportunity to raise club-specific and national issues. Minutes will be published on the WPLL and FSA websites.
