We love it when a player’s celebration makes them look a bit of a daftie and, with that in mind, this week’s And Finally… takes a trip to Brazil. Wing-back Fabio Santos of Vitoria scores a pretty nifty header in his side’s 3-1 win over Criciuma and charges of to celebrate, hurdling the advertising hoardings, before coming to a hedge fit to grace the Grand National. The star of this week’s And finally… is Brazilian Bravo Dodo – seen here with a chance to level the game for Giresunspor against Turkish giants Fenerbahçe in the cup from the penalty spot. He doesn’t half make a right old mess of it.

Tractor Sazi’s Šime Gregov made a calamitous interventon on behalf of his side in the Asian Champions league this week – bungling the ball into his own net as he attempted to clear it. His intervention helped his team slide towards a 3-0 defeat. “We go again” and all that, though, eh?
The A-League’s Melbourne derby provides us with a classic of the open-goal-miss genre this week. James Troisi somehow failed to pass the ball into an empty net on the break. Sadly, it mattered not as his team won seconds later.
