Premier League TV picks: assessing the impact on match-going fans

Liverpool loanee Divock Origi, currently on loan at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg, stakes his claim for miss of the season this week. Origi somehow manages to miss an open goal from a couple of yards, scooping the ball into the stands. A real gem. 

And finally… New year, same old

New Year in the Welsh Premier League was marked in some style by Carmarthen Town ‘keeper Lee Idzi – scoring the first goal in the division in 2018 from his own box against Aberystwyth Town. Good effort.
