Tough times for And finally… this week with the international break. Thankfully, a poor young Brentford under-23 player has stepped in to save us from a severe content drought. Let’s hope the rookie defender learns from this horrorshow.

You’ve probably all seen it by now, but it’s so good we thought it worth another airing. Behold, James Milner’s fantastic own goal for Liverpool in their Champions League semi-final victory this week. A real gem.
How hard is it to score unopposed from 12 yards? Well, as FC Nantes’ Emiliano Sala shows, it’s easy to put just a little bit too much power on it – sending his penalty into low earth orbit. To rub salt into the wounds, they’d go on to lose 2-0 to Montpellier. Watch your head Commander Hadfield.
Fair to say Elfsborg defender Robert Gojani had an absolutely mare this week – scoring an own goal and getting sent off before their Allsvenskan match against Häcken was 20 minutes old. His hilarious no-look effort sent Elfsborg on their way to a 5-0 hammering. Oh dear.
