Last night MPs debated two petitions to Parliament calling for the introduction of an independent football regulator and the “50+1” rule into the UK game.
England’s so-called “big six” clubs have killed off attempts by the Premier League to introduce a new owners charter according to reports published today.
The Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) was contacted last night by the Sports Ground Safety Association (SGSA), who told us that the option for football clubs to offer licensed standing at all levels of the game in England and Wales has at last been passed into official Government policy.
Registration is now open for the FSA AGM, which will be held online on 11th December at 6:30pm.
