South Africa look set to miss out on Brazil 2014 thanks to a bullet header from Bernard Parker…into his own goal. “Oh my God,” the Kaizer Chiefs striker almost certainly didn’t say as it ripped past his own keeper.

His heroics kept the score down to 1-0, and LA would eventually come back to beat Houston Dynamo 3-1.
