And finally… Timbers fans unveil massive flag

This is a story from the FSF archive – the FSF and SD merged to become the FSA in 2019.

Good work across the pond by fans of Portland Timbers who unveiled a huuuugggeee banner before their side’s game against Seattle Sounders earlier this week. The ‘tifo’ pays tribute to former Timbers legend Clive Charles who passed away in 2003. Impressive stuff, although it still has some way to go to beat this absolute monster by Penarol fans in Uruguay.

And finally… relief

And finally… scoop

Liverpool loanee Divock Origi, currently on loan at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg, stakes his claim for miss of the season this week. Origi somehow manages to miss an open goal from a couple of yards, scooping the ball into the stands. A real gem.
