Behind the scenes at Wembley

This is a story from the SD archive – the FSF and SD merged to become the FSA in 2019.

SD Network Manager for the National Game and Other Sports, Nicola Hudson was lucky enough to be invited to be part of the Public-Address System Team at Wembley Stadium for the recent Vanarama National League Promotion Play-Off Final between Borehamwood and Tranmere Rovers.

Nicola is also a volunteer at Southport FC and, among other roles, is the Matchday PA Announcer at the Merseyrail Community Stadium.

Watch the video below to hear Nicola talk about her experiences of the day at Wembley and the various roles she plays at both SD and Southport FC.
