Notice of FSA AGM 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Football Supporters’ Association Limited will be held online on Friday 11th December 2020 at 6.30pm.

The meeting will receive updates from the Board on activity since the last AGM, review the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2019, and vote on a number of resolutions including changes to the articles of association.

Details of how to sign up will be published in due course.

Voting

A member entitled to vote may appoint the Chair of the meeting or another member entitled to vote to act as their proxy at the meeting and at any adjournment of the meeting by completing and returning the appropriate form.  If you would prefer not to appoint the Chair of the meeting, please enter the name of the member you are appointing as your proxy.
