Headers don’t feature often on #ICYMI – but Gustavo Hamer’s lesser-spotted 25-yard headed goal for Coventry City at Vicarage Road was well worth paying tribute to. A terrific effort.
You may remember Craig Noone from his Cardiff City days, or Burscough depending on your vintage, but the winger is now plying his trade in Australia’s A-League with Macarthur FC. The journeyman who made it from non-league to upper reaches of the professional game has provided us with an early contender for goal of the year with this exquisite volley. A real gem.
