The Football Supporters’ Association is the democratic, membership-based organisation working to represent the interests of football supporters in England and Wales.
We are looking for an excellent communicator who is passionate about football and understands the importance of the supporters’ voice within the game.
The EFL Network Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting a large network of volunteer supporter organisations located throughout the country.
You will facilitate regular meetings and organise structured dialogue between the FSA’s networks and the EFL. You will be required to react to the needs of the individual supporter organisations and coordinate the network to provide a representative voice for supporter views.
Opportunities must be identified to create new supporter organisations where required and grow the network.
You will work alongside network managers responsible for other levels of football with specialist staff, and will embrace the FSA’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Salary: £35k pa (London weighting may be considered)
The successful applicant will need:
- Experience as a football supporter and an awareness of the issues affecting match-going fans
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- To be organised, focused, and able to work unsupervised
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
