Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Football Supporters’ Association Limited (FSA) will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday 6th June at Bush House, 30 Aldwych, London, WC2B 4BG.

For the following purposes:

1. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting dated 14/06/2025. (Resolution 1).
2. To receive the Annual Review of FSA activities since the above Annual General Meeting. 
3. To receive and adopt the Financial Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2025 together with the Auditors’ report thereon. (Resolution 2).
4. To appoint the auditors to report on the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2026. (Resolution 3).
5. To receive the 7 motions proposed by the Board, Council and members detailed overleaf together.
6. To conclude the elections to the National Council for the Individual Voting Members Tier of the organisation. 
7. Any Other Business.
