The FSF Comedy Panel Show & Football Writers Awards 2011 in association with Cult Zeros will take place Saturday 9th July at The Tabernacle in Notting Hill, London (7pm). This event is free to FSF members but registration is required – see below. If your name’s not on the list, you’re not getting in…

The FSF has completely revamped and extended our annual Football Writer’s Award and many of the high-profile nominees will be in attendance. The winners of the various categories – Newspaper / Website / Writer / Blogger / Fanzine / Photographer of the Year awards – will be announced throughout the evening’s entertainment. Of the six categories shortlisted three will be decided by an FSF panel while the Photography Award will be judged by renowned football photographer Stuart Roy Clarke.

Football supporters everywhere were shocked and saddened when on the 27th August Bury FC were expelled from the EFL.
Fan groups at Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have welcomed club decisions to reverse staff furloughs, as executives at both outfits listened to their supporters’ concerns.
Last month we held our first #TerraceTalk panel event hosted by Anwar Uddin (FSA Fans for Diversity lead) and Chris Paouros (FSA National Council). It’s part of the wider #TerraceTalk campaign which is a supporter-led mental health campaign you can find out more about here.
The next meeting of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Football Supporters will be held on Tuesday 27th April at 1pm, on the topic of fan activism and the women’s game.
