The Week That Was

This is a story from the FSF archive – the FSF and SD merged to become the FSA in 2019.

Promotions and relegations decided throughout the Football League (excluding the play-offs of course). Controversy in the Champions League. Chelsea ripped off by the ref. Didier Drogba acting like a prat. Joey Barton acting like a prat. Scsscchhhteve McClaren finishing second in the Dutch league. Sami Hyypia leaving Liverpool. Darlo in more financial woes. Fletcher missed the final. And probably more…

…now you might have noticed that was a fairly brief The Week That Was. There’s more than one reason for this so let’s look at them both. Firstly, it’s almost 5.30pm on a Friday and we’re still in the office. By our reckoning that’s just not on, it’s almost beer o’clock.

But the primary reason is that we’ve been working our socks off for the past few days creating a Guide to Rome for the Champions League Final and pulling together all the info you could possibly need for Fans’ Parliament 2009 – member or not you really should come along…

Enjoy the weekend!
